GEORGE RUFF Senior Principal |

Mr. Ruff is the founder and senior principal of Trinity, leading the company's overall investment and strategic initiatives. Mr. Ruff has more than thirty years of comprehensive domestic and international experience in real estate and hotel investment and operations, and has engineered, negotiated, and closed more than $3 billion in transactions. Mr. Ruff co-founded and also serves as chief executive officer of Trinity Investment Trust L.L.C., Trinity’s affiliated predecessor company, where he oversaw approximately $1 billion of real estate and hotel investments across North America, Asia, and Europe. Mr. Ruff also founded Fall Creek Partners, Inc., a Trinity-affiliated investment and advisory firm providing real estate and hotel asset management services. Before his independent investment activities, Mr. Ruff was a partner and served as executive vice president of real estate for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Prior to joining Ritz-Carlton, Mr. Ruff co-founded Ruff, Callaghan & Hemmeter Company, a Hawaii real estate investment and development company that developed two of Hawaii’s more prominent resorts. Mr. Ruff also co-founded the autonomous hotel division of VMS Realty Partners, where he directed acquisitions, asset management, finance, dispositions, development, and joint-venture relationships for more than fifty hotel and resort investments totaling more than $2 billion. Prior to his association with VMS, he served as chief operating officer of Chicago-based Seymour N. Logan Associates, Inc. Mr. Ruff graduated cum laude from De Paul University with a B.S. in commerce, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a founding member of the Real Estate Center at De Paul, where he sits on the Center's Executive Committee, and serves on De Paul’s College of Commerce Dean's Advisory Council. |

Mr. Kelsey joined Trinity in 2003, focusing on acquisitions and asset management. He has 18 years of real estate and lodging investment and advisory experience. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Kelsey was with the Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc.'s Real Estate & Lodging investment banking group as a senior Vice President, serving public and private clients. At Bear Stearns, Mr. Kelsey's experience included extensive mergers and acquisitions assignments for European and domestic clients, private equity placements, and public equity, preferred and debt issuance. Prior to joining Bear Stearns investment banking group in 1998, Mr. Kelsey worked as an equity research analyst from 1996 to 1998 following lodging and real estate REITs both at Prudential Securities and Bear Stearns. He also served as a commercial real estate lending officer at M&T Bank in New York. Mr. Kelsey received an B.A. in History modified with Geography from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management. |

Mr. Frazzini is responsible for portfolio asset management as well as sourcing and structuring acquisition opportunities. Mr. Frazzini has over 15 years of real estate experience with a focus on asset management and hospitality investment. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Frazzini was Vice President with Wafra Investment Advisory Group, a U.S.-based pension fund advisor to the Social Security Trust Fund of the State of Kuwait, where he was involved in all aspects of the firm's $1.5 billion real estate portfolio. Mr. Frazzini has been an adjunct associate professor and a frequent guest speaker at New York University's Real Estate Institute. Mr. Frazzini holds an M.S. in International Real Estate Investment from New York University's Real Estate Institute, a Certificate in Hospitality Asset Management from Cornell University, and a B.A. from St. Thomas University. |

MARCOS CASILLAS Vice President |

Mr. Casillas is responsible with Mr. Frazzini for portfolio asset management. He has over 15 years of hotel asset management and operations experience, including 10 years of general manager experience with large, luxury resort properties such as the 324-suite Karmina Palace, the 450-room Kea Lani Resort and other flagged hotels. Prior to joining Trinty, Mr. Casillas was Vice President of Operations at Woolley Hotel Company, where he oversaw their owned hotel portfolio. Many of his assignments have included significant turnaround efforts. Mr. Casillas received his B.S. in Hospitality Management from Florida International University in 1989, where he received recognition on the National Dean's List. |

Mr. Ruff works directly with the principals to source, evaluate and structure potential investment opportunities and investment financings. Mr. Ruff oversees the underwriting and due diligence process for potential acquisitions, and also assists in asset management. Prior to joining Trinity in 2005, Mr. Ruff worked at Blackheath Financial, a CMBS consulting firm where he served as the firm's hospitality underwriting specialist. Prior to Blackheath, Mr. Ruff held positions with Hotel Consulting International (HCI) and Fall Creek Partners. Mr. Ruff received his Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. |

NILESH AGASHIWALA Controller |

Mr. Agashiwala joined Trinity as Controller in 2007. Mr. Agashiwala has over 12 years of experience in public and private accounting. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Agashiwala was with Janus Financial Services, Inc., a private equity fund based in Princeton, NJ, where he was involved in all aspects of accounting and was Acting Controller for a publicly held company. Prior to Janus, Mr. Agashiwala was with a public accounting firm in New York. Mr. Agashiwala holds a BS in Finance and Economics from the University of Mumbai, India, and is currently pursuing his CPA designation. |

Mr. Narang is responsible for underwriting and analysis of prospective hotel real estate acquisitions and asset management. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Narang worked for Chamba Apartments, a boutique condominium development firm in India as a Financial Analyst, overseeing the due diligence process. Mr. Narang holds a Master in Management in Hospitality from the Hotel School at Cornell University, with a concentration in Hospitality Real Estate Finance. He also holds a Diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the Swiss School of Hotel and Tourism Management and a Diploma in Hospitality Management from AH&LA. |

Mr. Efron joined Trinity in 2007, focusing on acquisitions and asset management. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Efron co-owned a real estate investment company that pursued residential investment opportunities. Mr. Efron's additional real estate background includes land acquisition and project management experience with KB Home and Lennar, respectively. Mr. Efron started his career working as an auditor for Deloitte after obtaining a B.S. in Accounting from the University of South Florida, and is currently pursuing his CPA designation. Mr. Efron is a member of the Urban Land Institute, YREPNY (Young Real Estate Professionals of New York) and GSREIA (Garden State Real Estate Investors Association). |
