INVESTMENT STRATEGIES
Trinity's initiatives focus on market niches offering a strong risk-return profile in the current lodging and economic cycle. More specifically, we pursue three- and four-star hotels as well as select boutique properties located in major central business districts, secondary and tertiary urban centers, and strong suburban markets. We also seek five-star resorts with potential for value enhancement through the integration of a world-class spa and wellness facility. We engage in both single-asset and portfolio transactions, primarily targeting hotels that can be acquired without the encumbrance of management contracts.
